Maps nobody reads
Flat “You are here” boards make people translate 2D into 3D in their heads. Most give up and ask someone.
Indoor navigation, reimagined
WaySplat turns your venue into a photoreal 3D twin your visitors walk through on their phone. They scan a QR code, follow the light, and arrive. No app to download. No map to decode.
The problem
Every minute a visitor spends lost is a minute they are not shopping, boarding, healing or cheering. Today’s tools weren’t built for how people actually move.
Flat “You are here” boards make people translate 2D into 3D in their heads. Most give up and ask someone.
Asking a first-time visitor to install an app at the entrance is asking them to leave the experience.
Your teams answer the same “Where is…?” question all day instead of doing the job they were hired for.
How it works
Our team scans your space with Gaussian Splatting, the technology behind the most realistic 3D captures on the planet. Every storefront, sign and corridor, exactly as visitors see it.
Drop in your points of interest, categories and walkable zones. Import a spreadsheet, drag and drop, publish. Changes go live instantly, no developer needed.
A QR code at the entrance opens WaySplat in the browser. Visitors search, tap, and follow glowing arrows in the real place, on the phone they already have.
The visitor experience
No onboarding, no account, no learning curve. Search a store, a gate or a service, then just walk. The 3D view matches what they see in front of them, so every turn makes sense.
Built for complex spaces
Turn “where is it?” into “I’m here.” Guide shoppers to stores, restaurants and services, and give tenants more footfall.
From curb to gate, security included. Pick your flight, and WaySplat leads the way to check-in, bag drop and boarding.
Less stress for patients and families, fewer late appointments, and staff who can focus on care instead of directions.
Seats, gates, food and restrooms, found in seconds, even on match day when everything is crowded.
Find any product down to the shelf. Shoppers save time, and you learn what they are looking for.
Rides, shows, lodging or lecture halls: one experience across large indoor and outdoor sites.
Why WaySplat
Positioning technology
WaySplat uses GPS where the sky is visible, and Bluetooth Low Energy beacons indoors, where GPS can’t reach. Small, battery-powered and discreet, beacons bring positioning down to the meter, floor by floor.
Parking lots, forecourts and open-air areas, with zero hardware.
Meter-level accuracy under roofs and between floors. We plan, supply and install them.
Our engine blends signals and keeps visitors on walkable paths, so the dot never drifts through walls.
WaySplat Studio
The Studio is your venue’s control room. Import hundreds of points of interest from a spreadsheet, sort them into categories, add logos, set priority destinations and publish. Your visitors see the change instantly.
Deployment
We handle the heavy lifting. You keep your teams focused on your visitors.
We map your goals, your visitor journeys and your constraints with your team.
Our crew scans your venue, usually outside opening hours, with no disruption.
We build your 3D twin, configure the Studio and install the BLE beacons.
QR codes and signage go up, your teams are trained, and visitors start finding their way.
Signage kit included: totems, stickers and QR codes designed in your brand.

FAQ
No. WaySplat runs in the phone’s browser. Visitors scan a QR code and they’re in, on iPhone and Android.
With BLE beacons installed, positioning reaches meter-level accuracy indoors. Without beacons, WaySplat uses GPS where available and visitors can still follow the 3D route.
A mobile data connection or your venue Wi-Fi is enough to load the experience. Beacons work over Bluetooth and don’t need network access.
Typically a few weeks from the 3D capture to launch, depending on the size of your venue and the number of floors.
Yes. The WaySplat Studio lets your team add, edit and move points of interest, then publish instantly.
Pricing combines a one-time 3D capture, one-time BLE beacon hardware and installation, and a platform subscription. We send a tailored quote after a short call.
WaySplat requires no account and stores no personal data. Positioning is computed on the visitor’s device.
